這是一款需要「等待」的甜點。 
剛出爐的馬卡龍外殼脆硬，然而，真正的美味需要時間的醞釀。

我們讓它在冷藏室靜置 48 小時，讓這段時間施展魔法：

🪄 外殼轉變： 酥脆的殼吸附了奶油與草莓的水氣，變得柔軟卻保留一絲輕脆。
🪄 香氣滲透： 新鮮台灣草莓的香氣完全浸入奶油餡中，兩者合而為一。

一口咬下，熟成後的草莓多汁軟嫩，與沁滿果香的內餡在口中像水果糖一樣炸開。
這是老闆每年最期待、也最折磨人的美味 —— 因為美好的事物，值得 48 小時的等待。
