一、七日鑑賞期說明

-退回商品須保持全新未使用狀態，包含完整包裝、吊牌、配件與贈品


二、無法辦理退換貨之情況
-商品已使用、清洗或產生毛髮、氣味等使用痕跡
-因個人因素造成商品損壞
-包裝不完整或配件、贈品缺失
-客製化商品或經特別註明之限定商品
（寵物用品屬貼身接觸性商品，為保障衛生安全，經拆封使用後恕無法退換


三、瑕疵與寄錯商品
-若收到商品有瑕疵或寄送錯誤，請於到貨後 48 小時內聯繫客服並提供照片說明
經確認後將儘速協助換貨或退款


四、退貨流程
